By accessing or using https://DecTronUSA.com, or any related website, online store, or checkout experience operated by DecTron LLC (“DecTron”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
1.Sales Tax Collection
DecTron collects and remits sales tax only in states where it has established sales-tax nexus under applicable law. Sales-tax rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address using a third-party service provider (Avalara). Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total at checkout.
DecTron uses Avalara’s default product tax classification (P0000000) for sales-tax determination. Taxability may vary by jurisdiction.
2.Pricing and Orders
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include shipping or handling unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing, availability, or discontinue products at any time.
3.Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to DecTron’s return and restocking policies. An RMA is required prior to return.
4.Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Products are provided subject to DecTron’s limited warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DecTron disclaims all implied warranties and limits its liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. DecTron’s total aggregate liability to you, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. DecTron makes no representation that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

All Website content is owned by DecTron LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws.
6.Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Oregon law. Venue lies exclusively in state or federal courts located in Clackamas County, Oregon.
7.Privacy
DecTron collects and processes personal information in connection with your use of the Website and your purchases. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to DecTron’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and available at https://DecTronUSA.com/privacy. DecTron does not sell your personal information to third parties. Information shared with payment processors, shipping carriers, and the Avalara tax platform is used solely to fulfill your orders and comply with applicable law.
8.User Conduct
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Website to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or its related systems; (c) use any automated tool, bot, or scraper to collect data from the Website without prior written consent; or (d) use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
9.Order Acceptance and Payment
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. DecTron reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including after an order confirmation has been sent. All payments are processed by DecTron’s third-party payment processor. DecTron does not store full credit card numbers. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, DecTron reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and to seek recovery of amounts owed.
10.Shipping; Risk of Loss
DecTron ships products to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. DecTron is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside its control.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DecTron LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Website; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
12.Copyright Complaints
DecTron respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material on the Website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to DecTron at the contact address below identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information. DecTron will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. DecTron does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party website or content. Your use of any linked website is at your own risk and subject to that website’s terms and privacy policy.
14.Force Majeure
DecTron will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, governmental action, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or failure of third-party service providers.
