How do I buy?
We like to sell direct to in order to extend the very best pricing. Some of our items are available for purchase directly off our website. For some of the larger equipment we ask that you call in to get the most accurate pricing and availability.
Is your equipment available through distributors?
We prefer selling direct to you as it enables us to extend the very best prices. However, if your company requires that you purchase through a certified distributor or company integrator we would be happy to work with them to make sure you get our products.
Can I use a Purchase Order?
Absolutely, we accept credit cards or would be more than happy to open an account for you after completing a quick credit check.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we welcome customization requests. If there’s something you don’t see in our standard catalog or would like a customized version of something we offer please contact us directly to discuss your unique needs.
Are 3D CAD files available?
Yes, some CAD files are available online in STEP format or you can reach out to us via phone or email with the parts that you are interested in.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, if you’re interested in deploying Dectron on a larger scale we offer qty. discounts and preferred pricing programs to make it cost effective for arming your facility with Dectron.
What are typical lead times?
Our Kaizen Arm components are stocked and generally ship in 1-3 days depending on order size. Larger equipment is made to order and runs about 3 weeks lead time to ship date.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, for international sales please contact us directly.
Do you offer product support?
We do! We encourage you to call in with any product or application inquiries, questions or concerns.
If your equipment isn’t as bad ass as you say it is can I return it?
We’re confident our equipment is actually more bad ass than we say it is. But if you still disagree, we’ll gladly help you out. Most of our standard equipment comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. Custom orders are generally final unless the product is defective.
